Results of Annual General Meeting

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that at its Annual General
Meeting held earlier today, all the resolutions proposed in the Notice of the
Meeting were duly passed. A poll was conducted on each resolution proposed at
the Meeting.

The number of votes for and against each of the resolutions and the number of
votes withheld were as follows:

**A vote withheld is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation
of the proportion of votes cast "For" or "Against" a resolution.

 

The issued ordinary share capital of the Company as at 15 May 2026, the voting
record date, was 361,557,868 (including treasury shares). The Company held
30,152,002 shares in treasury, which do not carry any voting rights.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at the voting
record date was 331,405,866.

 

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.2, a copy of the resolutions that do
not constitute ordinary business at an annual general meeting will be
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for
