    Italy intends to re-open its embassy in the Ukrainian

    Leading investor advisers have recommended shareholders at
Generali back the proposal by the Italian insurer's outgoing
board to hand CEO Philippe Donnet another term at the helm,

    Investment funds Global Infrastructure Partners and
Brookfield are not contemplating any "hostile" move on the

    TELECOM ITALIA (TIM)  TLIT.MI 
    The non disclosure agreement signed last Saturday with state
lender CDP, opening the way for a possible tie-up with rival
Open Fiber, is potentially open to third-party financial
investors, TIM CEO Pietro Labriola said in an interview in
Saturday's Il Sole 24 Ore. A proposal for the spin-off of TIM's
fixed-line network could be ready by summer, he said.
    TIM said it had named Eugenio Santagata head of the group's
Chief Public Affairs & Security Office adding he would retain
the role of Telsy CEO he has held since April 1.
    
    STELLANTIS  STLA.MI  
    Japanese automaker Mitsubishi Motors  7211.T  said on Friday
it had stopped production at its Russian plant in Kaluga, which
it owns together with Stellantis, until further notice, joining
other major carmakers that have halted their operations in

    LEONARDO  LDOF.MI 
    From an industrial point of view, it would be logical to
combine the programme for the sixth-generation Tempest fighter
jet, in which Italy participates through Leonardo, with the FCAS
project, the CEO of the Italian group told the Frankfurter
Allgemeine Zeitung on Saturday, adding, however, that this is a
political decision. Leonardo CEO also reiterated that he
considers KNDS to be the ideal partner to buy OTO Melara unit.
    
    FALCK RENEWABLES  FKR.MI  
   The green energy group said on Friday its board deemed
"fair", from a financial point of view, the price of 8.81 euros
per share offered by Green BidCo in its takeover bid for the

    Bank of Italy releases February data on Italian residents
