Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni is scheduled to meet French President Emmanuel Macron in Rome at 1600 GMT.

ECONOMY

(*) The Trump administration wants countries to provide their best offer on trade negotiations by Wednesday, according to a draft letter to negotiating partners seen by Reuters.

ISTAT releases April unemployment rate flash data (0800 GMT).

STELLANTIS STLAM.MI

The Franco-Italian automaker said on Monday it had appointed Sebastien Jacquet as its chief quality officer, the role previously held by Antonio Filosa who last week was named as the new CEO.

LEONARDO LDOF.MI

The European Union said on Monday it had approved a joint venture between BAE Systems BAES.L, Japan Aircraft Industrial Enhancement and Leonardo, which will be the prime  (GCAP).

SS LAZIO LAZI.MI

Maurizio Sarri has returned to Lazio as head coach a year after he resigned from the post, the Serie A club announced on Monday.

POSTE ITALIANE PST.MI

(*) Morgan Stanley said on Tuesday it had cut the group's  rating to 'Equal-weight' from 'Overweight', while raising its target price to 20 euros from 15.20 euros.

(*) TECHNOPROBE TPRO.MI

Deutsche Bank said on Tuesday it had raised the group's rating to 'Buy' from 'Hold' and raised the target price to 9 euros from 6.30 euros.
