** Shares of copper and gold explorer Critical Resources
 CRR.AX  surge as much as 38.7% to A$0.043, its highest since
Sept 2018 
    ** Says it signed a binding term sheet with each of
Essential Metals  ESS.AX  and International Lithium Corp  ILC.V 
  for a 100% interest in the Mavis Lake Lithium Project in

    ** About 66.3 mln shares change hands compared with a 30-day
average of 1.6 mln shares 
    ** Stock marks biggest intraday percentage gain since May 20
and is on track for second consecutive session of gains
