Outcome of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)

The AGM of the Company was held on Tuesday, 30          th                   
 December 2025, at 10.00 a.m., Dublin time, in accordance with the notice
previously sent to shareholders in respect of the financial year ended 30     
    th                     June 2025.

All resolutions before IMC’s shareholders were approved and, there being no
further business, the AGM was declared closed at 10.35 a.m., Dublin time.
