** Shares of Australia's Impact Minerals Ltd  IPT.AX  rise
as much as 16.7% to A$0.014, posting their best intra-day pct
gain since March 31 
    ** Stock hits highest level since May 19  
    ** Precious metals miner says it has found large Rare Earth
Element (REE) soil geochemistry anomaly at the Arkun Project in
Western Australia 
    ** Adds further surveys are in progress to follow up on
numerous other REE (and other metal) anomalies at the project 
    ** Stock has risen 71.4% this year, as of last close
