Dec 8 (Reuters) -    ** Shares of nickel explorer Impact
Minerals Ltd  IPT.AX  rise as much as 3.9% to A$0.0135, biggest
intraday pct jump since Nov 23
    ** Says it signed four joint venture agreements to expand
its portfolio in nickel-copper-platinum group metals, lithium

    ** Says one of the projects contains five drill ready
targets, two of which are fully permitted and will be drilled
shortly 
    ** Stock has fallen 31.6% this year as of last close
