Director Declaration

 

In compliance with UKLR 6.4.9R of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing
Rules, Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") announces that Thérèse Esperdy,
Chair of the Company, is to be appointed as an independent non-executive
director and chair designate of Rentokil Initial plc ("Rentokil"), a global
leader in Pest Control and Hygiene & Wellbeing services, with effect from
1 July 2026. It is proposed that Thérèse will assume the Rentokil Chair
role, and chair of its Nomination Committee, on 1 September 2026.

There have been no other relevant changes to the information set out in UKLR
6.4.8R (2) to UKLR 6.4.8R (6).
