July 1 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Tuesday:

** BMS Group announced it has completed the acquisition of Queensland-based Corporate and Commercial Insurance Brokers.nL6N3SY0FG

** Italy's Leonardo  will buy a 24.55% stake in Finland's SSH , making it the latter's biggest shareholder as it expands its cyber security business with this new strategic partnership, the companies announced.nL6N3SY0CM

** A company controlled by private equity firm Advent International has offered an about 3.5% stake in parcel locker firm InPost  to institutional investors, a bookrunner said.nL8N3SY07I

** Italian asset manager Banca Mediolanum  said on Monday has completed the sale of its entire 3.5% stake in merchant bank Mediobanca  for about 548.4 million euros ($646.2 million). nL8N3SX1CL
