BELGIUM/ENGIE ENGIE.PA:
Belgium has agreed to extend negotiations  to buy the nuclear utility assets owned by French power utility Engie ENGIE.PA in the country to November 4.
     
EPC Groupe EEPC.PA:
French explosives and chemicals company Soc Des Explosifs Produits Chimiques reported H1 IFRS EBITDA of €41.85 million and net profit attributable to the group of €14.43 million, with business growth accelerating to 12.6%.
     
InPost INPST.AS:
Parcel locker company InPost successfully settled its offer with the offeror acquiring 89.81% of shares, and repurchased 4,376,943 shares from the offeror at €15.60 per share.
     
Kaufman & Broad KOF.PA:
French property developer Kaufman & Broad reported 9-month revenue of €730.8 million and attributable net income of €33.60 million, with total backlog of €2.24 billion as of August 31, 2026.

RENAULT RENA.PA/STELLANTIS:
New car registrations in France rose 11.60% in September from a year earlier to 156,629 vehicles, data from French car body PFA showed on Thursday.
     
Thales TCFP.PA:
French defense and technology group Thales announced the payment of an interim cash dividend of €1.05 per share for the 2026 financial year, to be detached on December 2 and paid on December 4, 2026.
