Jan 21 (Reuters) - Parcel locker company InPost INPST.AS reported on Wednesday a 30% year-on-year rise in fourth-quarter delivery volumes to a record 417.6 million parcels.
It said the rise was driven by strong B2C growth and momentum in international marketplaces, which was supported by strategic acquisitions in Britain and Spain.
InPost also said that a special committee continues to assess the indicative offer for all its shares, as announced on January 6.
