The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 7 March 2024 it purchased
808,196 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 69.86 pence per
share for cancellation.

 

Following this transaction, the Company has in issue 155,485,473 Ordinary
shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, all with voting rights.
