** Shares of chemical company India Glycol IGLY.NS rise 3.1% to 1143.9 rupees

** Co says it has added capacity of 200 kilo liters per day (KLPD) for its grain-based distillery including biofuel ethanol at its plant at Gorakhpur in the state of Uttar Pradesh

** The total capacity at Gorakhpur plant stands at 310 KLPD; this increase is likely to result in higher production and sales

** Stock trims YTD declines to 11%
