** Shares of India Glycols IGLY.NS jump as much as 9.1% to a record high of 1,134.40 rupees

** The industrial and specialty chemicals maker posts a 31% y/y rise in second-quarter consol net profit, revenue rises 12.5%

** Quarterly earnings aided by a 63% jump in sales from bio-fuels and a 14% increase from potable spirits

** Stock set for its best day since October 3, if gains hold

** Nearly 1.5 million shares change hands, 4.5 times their 30-day average

** IGLY stock has climbed 71% so far in 2025
