Pursuant to the relevant Clause of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges, The Indian Hotels Company Limited (The Taj Group of Hotels) announces that Mr. Raymond Bickson, MD and CEO of the Company has expressed a desire to resign from the services of the Company and pursue his professional interests elsewhere. During a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company that was held earlier this morning, the Board has accepted Mr. Bickson's resignation. Mr. Bickson will step down as the Company's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer effective August 31, 2014.
