India's Waaree Energies to merge Indosolar into group Sept 23 (Reuters) - Indian solar module manufacturer Waaree Energies WAAN.NS said on Wednesday it approved a draft scheme to merge Indosolar INDL.NS with the company, in a bid to simplify the group structure.
