Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited announces today that it has published a drawdown offering circular dated 21 October 2021 (the "Drawdown Offering Circular") in connection with the issuance of green bonds comprising (i) U.S.$1,000,000,000 1.625 per cent. Notes due 2026 by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Hong Kong Branch; (ii) U.S.$1,050,000,000 1.00 per cent. Notes due 2024 by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Singapore Branch; (iii) EUR500,000,0000 0.125 per cent. Notes due 2024 by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Luxembourg Branch; (iv) GBP250,000,000 1.625 per cent. Notes due 2025 by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, London Branch and (v) MOP2,000,000,000 0.60 per cent. Notes due 2023 by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Macau Branch (together, the "Notes") under its U.S.$20,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme.
The Notes are expected to be admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange on 29 October 2021.
