** Shares of Infinity Lithium Corp Ltd  INF.AX  rise as much
as 68.2% to A$0.185, highest since Dec 2, 2022 
    ** Stock looks set to post best day since May 2021, if gains
hold
    ** Co says Extremadura regional government in Spain granted
exploration permit covering ground inclusive of area relating to
the San José Lithium Project 
    ** INF on track for a third straight session of gain 
    ** More than 7.7 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of about 454,000 shares
    ** Stock down 8.3% this year, as of last close
