 IFRX.O  down 5.2% at $4.72 premarket after overnight follow-on
prices
    ** Co late Tues announced ~9.4 mln shares at $4.25, 14.7%
discount to last sale
    ** Co plans to use net offering proceeds to fund continued
development of its monoclonal antibody, vilobelimab
    ** IFRX shares have more than doubled since co on Apr 4
received U.S. FDA's emergency use authorization for vilobelimab
to treat critically ill COVID-19 patients
    ** Co has ~44.7 mln shares outstanding
    ** In 2023, shares have traded as low as $1.57 (Mar 21) and
hit peak of $7.25 (Apr 5)
