U.S. stocks rose on Wednesday as expectations of an interest rate cut by the
Federal Reserve were boosted by weak private sector jobs growth and on hopes
that tariffs on Mexican goods could be avoided.  .N 
    At 13:46 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.73% at
25,518.04. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.72% at 2,823.32 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 0.54% at 7,567.765.
