The benchmark S&P 500 hit a more than five-month high on Friday as gains in
industrials and energy companies offset a drop in financials after a mixed bag
of quarterly results from three big Wall Street banks.  .N 
    At 13:19 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.42 percent at
25,029.19. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.13 percent at 2,801.81 and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was down 0.01 percent at 7,822.976.
