    U.S. stock futures inched higher on Friday as strong results
for Microsoft's cloud business fed into a bullish mood following
signs from New York Fed President John Williams that the U.S.
central bank was set to cut interest rates this month. .N 
    At 7:22 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.18% at
27,251. S&P 500 e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.07% at 2,999.5, while
Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.14% at 7,944.25.
