May 31 (Reuters) - U.S. private equity firm Blackstone BX.N has agreed to acquire Tokyo-listed digital comic books maker Infocom 4348.T in a deal valued at 260 billion yen ($1.65 billion), the Nikkei reported on Friday, citing sources.
