** Shares of Ingenia Communities INA.AX climb as much as 5.4% to A$3.94, their highest level since May 8
** Set for its best session since mid-April, if gains hold
** The property developer remains on track to deliver full-year outlook at top of FY26 forecast range
** Company affirms EBIT of A$180.5 million to A$188.7 million ($129.53 million - $135.41 million), representing a growth of 10% to 15% on FY25
** Down 25% YTD, including the session's moves
