Ingenia Communities Group is an Australia-based company, which owns, operates and develops a portfolio of lifestyle and holiday communities across urban and coastal markets. The Company invests in rental properties. Its segments include Ingenia Lifestyle and Holidays; Ingenia Lifestyle Development; Ingenia Gardens; and Fuel, Food and Beverage Services. Ingenia Lifestyle and Holidays comprises of long-term and tourism accommodation within lifestyle communities. Ingenia Lifestyle Development includes the development and sale of lifestyle homes. Ingenia Gardens offers rental villages. The Fuel, Food and Beverage Services consists of the Company’s investment in service station operations and food and beverage activities attached to Ingenia Lifestyle and Holiday communities. The Company’s subsidiaries include INA Sunny Communities Pty Ltd, INA Settlers Co Pty Ltd, Ingenia Communities RE Limited, INA Management Pty Ltd, INA Kiwi Communities Pty Ltd and INA Garden Villages Pty Ltd.
