** Property developer discloses receiving notice to provide information and documents to Consumer Affairs Victoria regarding cooking facilities at 7 Ingenia Gardens rental communities in Victoria

** Notice indicates that the material requested concerns potential violations of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (Vic) and the Australian Consumer Law (Vic)

** Ingenia says it conducted a compliance review and is implementing corrective measures while cooperating with CAV to ensure full regulatory adherence

** Stock last down 1.6%, trimming YTD gains to 19%
