Australia's Ingenia Communities offers to buy developer Peet at $711 million valuation Aug 26 (Reuters) - Australia's Ingenia Communities Group INA.AX said on Wednesday it had offered to buy all shares in residential developer Peet PPC.AX at an implied value of A$992.5 million ($710.93 million).
