** Ingenia Communities Group INA.AX rises as much as 4.4% to A$6.22, highest since January 13, 2022

** Property developer posts FY net profit of A$128.4 mln($83.4 mln), up from year-ago A$14 mln

** Targets earnings/share of 32.5-34.0 Au cents, EBIT of A$180.5 mln-A$188.7 mln in FY26

** INA last up 6.2%, takes YTD gains to 35.3%
