Brief: Hanyang Hitao says conversion of 12th and 13th series convertible bonds into shares

Dec 27 (Reuters) - Hanyang Hitao Co Ltd  064090.KQ  : 
     
    * Says 50 million won worth of its 12th series convertible 
bonds have been converted into 29,411 shares of the company, at 
1,700 won per share, as of Dec. 23 
    * Says 500 million won worth of its 13th series convertible 
bonds have been converted into 266,665 shares of the company, at 
1,875 won per share, as of Dec. 27
