NTT unit launches $319 million tender offer for Japan's Intage Holdings

TOKYO, Sept 6 (Reuters) - Japan's Nippon Telegraph and
Telephone (NTT)  9432.T  said on Wednesday that its NTT Docomo
unit had launched a tender offer for market research company
Intage Holdings  4326.T .
    NTT Docomo will offer 2,400 yen per share in Tokyo-based
Intage, for a total value of about 47.1 billion yen ($319
million). If the tender is successful, the NTT unit will hold a
51% stake in Intage, the company said.
