Annual Financial Report & Notice of Annual General Meeting

Following the announcement on 17 April 2026 of its full year results for the
year ended 31 December 2025 (RNS number: 8399A), the Company announces that
it has published the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts ("2025 Annual Report") on
the Company's website:

The Company has also today posted the following documents to shareholders:

 

·    2025 Annual Report;

·    Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM); and

The Company's AGM is scheduled to be held at 3:00 p.m. BST on Tuesday, 19 May
2026 at Strand Hanson LTD, 26 Mount Row, Mayfair, London W1K 3SQ.

 

If you are unable to attend the AGM but would like to vote on the resolutions,
the Company kindly requests shareholders to submit a proxy vote online
