** Shares of Australia's InteliCare Holdings  ICR.AX  rise
as much as 60% to A$0.024, set to mark best day ever, if current
gain hold  
    ** Stock hits highest since Feb. 20
    ** Healthcare based hardware and software systems provider
executes a non-binding memorandum of understanding with aged
care provider Bolton Clarke
    ** Adds agreement for co's InteliCare platform to be used by
Bolton Clarke customers 
    ** Stock has risen 14.3% this year as of last close
