** Tech firm gets commitments to raise A$2.05 mln ($1.5 mln) via placement at A$0.022/share

** Issue price represents 8.3% discount to last close

** Proceeds to support scaling of deployment opportunities, general working capital needs

** Nearly 3.3 million shares traded, 5.7x the 30-day average

** YTD, ICR falls 4.2%
