7.1% to A$0.03, on track to see their best day since Oct 14, if
gains hold
    ** Hardware and software systems provider for healthcare
industry says co to raise about A$2.2 mln ($1.46 mln), before

    ** Says co to conduct non-renounceable, pro rata entitlement
offer on the basis of 8 fully paid ordinary shares for every 11
shares of co 
    ** Says entitlement offer is at an issue price of A$0.025
per share which is at a discount of 10.7% to stock's last close 
    ** Says funds raised to be used for sales and marketing,
research and development and general working capital of co
    ** Shares of co hits highest since Oct 27
    ** More than 210,360 shares trade hand compared to 30-day
average trading volume of 73,730 shares 
    ** Stock down 69.2% YTD as of last close
