    * Inter Rock subsidiary announces purchase of the shares of 
Papillon Agricultural Company 
    * Unit, through Papillon Agricultural LLC, has executed an 
agreement with Papillon Agricultural Company Inc 
    * Inter-Rock has purchased papillon shares for an all-cash 
purchase price of $5,554,000
