       Sept 16 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Monday:

        ** Taiwan's financial regulator rejected a takeover
attempt by financial conglomerate CTBC  2891.TW  of rival Shin

        ** Technology firm CACI International  CACI.N  said  it
would buy privately held radar and communications equipment
maker Azure Summit Technology for $1.28 billion in cash to bulk

        ** Professional services provider JTC  JTC.L  said it
has agreed to buy Citigroup's  C.N  global fiduciary and trust

    ** Italian broker Intermonte  INTM.MI  said it had received
a takeover bid from Banca Generali  BGN.MI  for all of its

    ** QXO  QXO.O , the company billionaire Brad Jacobs is
seeking to launch into building services, recently made an offer
of around $9.4 billion to acquire Rexel  RXL.PA  that the French
company on Sunday said it had rebuffed.

    **  U.S. aluminium maker Alcoa  AA.N  said on Sunday that it
would sell a 25.1% stake in its Ma'aden joint venture to Saudi
Arabian mining company Ma'aden for $1.1 billion.

    ** Temasek is nearing a deal to acquire a 20% stake in
Blackstone-owned  BX.N  visa application outsourcing and
technology services firm VFS Global, Bloomberg News reported on

    ** Canada's ABC Technologies Holdings proposed a revised
buyout of London-listed automotive components supplier TI Fluid
Systems  TIFS.L  at 176 pence ($2.31) per share on Sept. 4, the
