UK NATS CEO Rolfe rules out cyber attack as cause of air traffic control issue LONDON, Sept 9 (Reuters) - The head of British air traffic control provider NATS on Wednesday ruled out a cyber attack as the cause of a major outage which disrupted more than 1,000 flights at major British airports.
"We have, at this point, ruled out cyber," NATS boss Martin Rolfe told BBC Radio 4. "We don't believe it was a cyber attack."
He also said he believed the cause of the outage would be "something different" to previous incidents.
