(the "Company") announces that on 15 May 2023 it purchased 1,100,000 ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the capital of the Company. All the shares purchased will be held as treasury shares. The Company's issued share capital is 4,971,476,010 shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company to the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
