** Shares of International Graphite Ltd  IG6.AX  rise as
much as 11.1% to A$0.4, set for their best day since April 20,
if gains hold
    ** The graphite producer signed lease for a building in
Collie, Western Australia, as it looks to expand its pilot

    ** Says new facility will be the centre of IG6's research
and development activities including pilot testing concentrates
for Battery Anode Material applications
    ** Adds that new facility is expected to be commissioned
during the third quarter
