Together announces appointment of Personal Finance CEO

Together Financial Services Limited, one of the UK's leading non-bank
relationship lenders, is pleased to announce the appointment of David
Broadbent as CEO of its subsidiary, Together Personal Finance Limited
("Together Personal Finance" or "the Company"). David will join the Company in
March 2024, subject to regulatory approval.

David brings over 20 years' banking and finance experience to Together
Personal Finance. His most recent role was CFO of AIM listed specialist
lender, LendInvest, and he was previously Co-Founder, CFO and Deputy CEO at
Bank North, where he played a key role in the formation of the challenger
bank. Earlier in his career, David was CEO of AIM-listed debt solutions
provider, Fairpoint Group, and CFO and Chief Commercial Officer of FTSE 250
consumer credit provider, International Personal Finance.

He is a qualified chartered accountant, has an MBA from Leeds University and
has completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School.

Subject to regulatory approval, David will replace Pete Ball who is leaving
Together Personal Finance in the spring after seven years with the Company.
