The Company announces that as a result of other commitments Bronwyn Syiek has
regretfully informed the Board of her intention to step down as a
non-executive director of the Company on 20 July 2022.

A search is now in process for a new non-executive director which is being
supported by an external search consultant.

Stuart Sinclair, Chair said:
