Directorate Change

 

The Company announces that Deborah Davis, Non-Executive Director and Chair of
the Remuneration Committee, will retire from the Board at the conclusion of
the Annual General Meeting, to be held on 1 May 2025.

Following Deborah's retirement, the Board will continue to have a majority of
independent Non-Executive Directors. The Board's Nominations & Governance
Committee is in the process of determining who will be appointed as Chair of
the Remuneration Committee and a further announcement will be made in due
course.
