Directorate Change

 

Further to a previous announcement, IPF is now pleased to announce that Aileen
Wallace has been appointed to succeed Deborah Davis as Chair of the
Remuneration Committee with effect from the conclusion of the Company's AGM
today. Aileen joined the Board in 2022 and is also a member of the Audit &
Risk and the Nominations and Governance Committees.

Additionally, the Company announces that Katrina Cliffe will become a member
of the Audit & Risk Committee, also with effect from the conclusion of the
Company's AGM today. Katrina joined the Board in 2022 and also serves as the
Senior Independent Director, the Designated Workforce Engagement Non-Executive
Director and is a member of the Remuneration and the Nominations and
Governance Committees.
