2025 First Interim Dividend
The Board of International Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP', 'the
Company'), the FTSE 250 listed infrastructure investment company, is pleased
to declare the following distribution:
Distribution: First interim dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025
Distribution amount per share: 2.14 pence
Ex-dividend date: 14 August 2025
Dividend record date: 15 August 2025
Payment date: 15 September 2025
Increase in dividend frequency
As part of a package of portfolio optimisation measures, the Company
previously announced an increase in the frequency of its dividend payments
from six-monthly to quarterly, in order to provide investors with a more
regular income stream. This is the first dividend to be declared under the new
quarterly payment frequency.
2025 and 2026 dividend targets
The Board continues to forecast a long-term projected annual dividend growth
rate of c.2.5% and reconfirms that the 2025 and 2026 annual dividend targets
are 8.58 pence per share and 8.79 pence per share respectively. The target
dividend growth rate is determined by taking into account the Company's
ambitions to sustainably grow dividends over the long term whilst providing
full dividend cash coverage.

consultation with its Investment Adviser as a target only and is not a profit
