The Company invests in equity, subordinated and mezzanine debt, and senior loans made to entities owning or operating infrastructure concessions, assets or related businesses. The Company's investment objective is to provide shareholders with a predictable, attractive and sustainable investment yield in addition to the potential for capital appreciation of the investment portfolio. The Company has investments in the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada and Australia. The Company's investments include schools, courthouses, health facilities, police stations, and other public sector buildings, rail operations, rolling stock leasing entities, waste water and offshore electricity transmission asset owning entities. The Company's Investment Advisor is Amber Fund Management Limited, a member of the Amber Infrastructure Group Holdings Limited group of companies.
