CHANGE TO DIRECTOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

 

In accordance with UKLR 6.4.8 R, International Public Partnerships Limited
(the 'Company' or 'INPP') confirms that Meriel Lenfestey will be appointed as
Senior Independent Director following the 2025 Annual General Meeting ('AGM').
She will replace John Le Poidevin who is retiring as a director of the Company
at the 2025 AGM due to his nine-year tenure limit having been reached. Meriel
will remain as the Chair of the Environmental, Social and Governance
Committee.
