NOTICE OF INTERIM RESULTS

International Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP', or the 'Company'), the FTSE
250-listed investment company which invests in public and social
infrastructure, will announce its results for the six months to 30 June 2025
on Thursday 4 September 2025.

Analyst and institutional investor presentation

There will be a live online presentation of the results at 9.30 am on Thursday
4 September 2025.

 

Analysts and institutional investors wishing to join the presentation are
asked to register their details by contacting FTI Consulting at
INPP.SC@fticonsulting.com (mailto:INPP.SC@fticonsulting.com) . Further details
will be distributed to confirmed attendees ahead of the presentation.

 

The presentation is not open to the media or their third-party
representatives.

Retail investor presentation

There will also be a live presentation for retail investors which will be
hosted via the Investor Meet Company platform at 4.00 pm on Thursday 4
September 2025.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Platform dashboard, up until
9.00 am on the day before the meeting. Questions can also be submitted at any
time during the live presentation.
