International Public Partnerships Limited (the "Company") announces that it
has purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each
("Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through Deutsche Numis
Securities Limited.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
