Transaction in Own Shares

 

International Public Partnerships Limited (the "Company") announces that it
has purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each
("Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through Deutsche Numis
Securities Limited.

 

 Date of purchase:                        16/04/2025
 Number of ordinary shares purchased:     425,000
 Lowest price per share (GBp):            114.3
 Highest price per share (GBp):           116.0
 Weighted average price per share (GBp):  115.2

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

 

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 49,415,000 of its ordinary
shares in treasury and has 1,861,828,132 ordinary shares in issue (excluding
treasury shares).
