Director declaration

Following the announcement made on 26 March 2026, Intertek Group plc
('Intertek') confirmes that Laura Crespi has been appointed an Executive
Director and Group Chief Financial Officer of Intertek with effect from today,
10 April 2026. There is no other information required to be disclosed under
UKLR 6.4.8R.

Colm Deasy is ceasing to be an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer
of Intertek with immediate effect to take up an operational role within the
Group.
